Die Cutter

The die cutter mainly uses the wooden mould to carry on the irregular die cutting to the carton to satisfy the client's demands.

• The die cutter adopts independent servo drive (US Emerson), so the die cutting is high-precision. Besides it can avoid the printing ghost and ink generated by the shock in the printing process.
• The pad surface can keep smooth by using anvil cover repaired device attached with liner track.
• The speed compensation system keeps the speed of the rubber rollers always following the speed of the knife rollers, which makes the die cutting size more accurate.
• The creasing rollers are powered by electric and the gap between the creasing rollers can be adjusted by computer settings.(The gap between the rollers can be adjusted by computer)
