• The positions of the print roller and slotting knife can be 360-degree electrically adjusted, and the adjustment before and after can be digitally displayed, ensuring high registration accuracy. Due to the fast printing and slotting, high working efficiency and reduced squander are achieved.
• The 4 sets of slotting knife could be adjusted simultaneously, which decreases the time of adjusting machine to applicable for different cartons and increases productivity .
• There is a left and right movement adjustment device powered by electric between creasing and sloting, and it can be adjusted simultaneously to ensure that the two positions are accurate (no dislocation) to reduce waste.
• Steel anilox rollers can be ranked in order on the basis of client's demands.
• Each shaft surface is grinded by grinding machine, hard chrome plated and polished.
• When the semi-automatic printer slotter machine and the platform separate, the pneumatic brakes guarantee precise printing.
